Nature of Goods; Novelty and Symbolic Waiver
(a) Symbolic Representation Only
The User explicitly acknowledges and agrees that the products sold on this Platform—including but not limited to "sky dedications," coordinate certificates, and digital ledger entries—are non-tangible novelty items. No physical property, land title, airspace lease, or real estate right is being transferred to the User or any designated recipient.
(b) Limitation of Database Scope
The International Atmospheric Zoning Bureau (IAZB) is a private, proprietary database created and maintained solely for the purpose of tracking novelty registrations issued by the Company (and other companies). It is not an official global ledger, regulatory agency, or international oversight body.
(c) Explicit Waiver of Reliance
By completing a transaction, the User waives any right to claim reliance on marketing language that implies real-world exclusivity or physical ownership. The User agrees that they are purchasing a commemorative gift and that the Company is not liable for any future changes to international airspace law, real estate zoning, or scientific cataloging systems that may overlap with the symbolic coordinates provided.
Commercial Charitable Disclosures & Climate Contributions
(a) Nature of Contribution
Piece of the Sky (the "Company") operates as a commercial corporate contributor through the Stripe Climate framework. The Company guarantees that a fixed allocation of one percent (1%) of the gross purchase price of all digital and novelty registrations completed via this platform will be contributed to Stripe Climate to accelerate carbon removal engineering.
(b) No Commercial Co-Venture or Third-Party Endorsement
This contribution framework is processed entirely via Stripe, Inc. and its affiliated climate entities. This commercial relationship does not constitute a joint venture, partnership, or official commercial co-venture between the Company and any specific third-party 501(c)(3) non-profit organization or government entity. No charitable organizations officially endorse, sponsor, or are affiliated with the novelty certificates or coordinate registries hosted on this website.
(c) Legal Limitations
The User acknowledges that the 1% contribution is funded entirely out of the Company's gross revenue and is not an additional tax levied on the consumer. The User cannot claim this contribution as a personal charitable tax deduction under any local, state, or federal tax codes. Furthermore, the User explicitly agrees that these climate contributions are intended for long-term technological research and development and do not function as traditional carbon offsets, carbon neutrality credits, or ambient local air-purification projects.
Nature of the Service and Registry Longevity
1. Definition of Registry Permanence ("Forever")
The Company utilizes marketing terms such as "forever," "permanent," or "eternal" strictly in an emotional, symbolic, and artistic context to describe the unique dedication of the assigned coordinates. For all legal, technical, and contractual purposes, "forever" is explicitly defined as the operational lifetime of the Company's private database and digital platform architecture.
2. Platform Modification and Continuity
The User agrees that the Company maintains absolute discretion over its digital infrastructure. The Company reserves the right to migrate, modify, restructure, or update its server architecture, database systems, and coordinate mapping technologies at any time without notice.
Novelty Registry Notice
All purchases, certificates, coordinate registrations, and digital services provided by Piece of the Sky and the International Atmospheric Zoning Bureau (IAZB) are strictly intended for commemorative, symbolic, and novelty entertainment purposes. Registration of specific coordinates does not confer any legal ownership, property rights, real estate titles, easements, or exclusive rights to any physical airspace, geographic location, or atmospheric zone. This database is privately maintained, independent, and holds no official connection to, endorsement from, or recognition by any government body, international aviation authority, scientific institution, or meteorological organization. The coordinates and certificates issued possess no real-world financial, investment, or commercial market value.
